Orders are packaged and shipped from Los Angeles, CA.  **Order processing and delivery times may be slower currently, due to the impact of COVID-19 and USPS delays.**  Shipping costs are not refunded, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 


Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged.  Items missing their original foil seal cannot be returned.

Take Off Color will accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original condition with foil seal within 14 days from delivery date.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the proof of purchase.  Shipping costs are not refunded, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We have a 14-day exchange or refund policy for defective or damaged goods.  This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange if it arrives defective or damaged.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
